White Eagle Developments signed the contract for the commercial mall with the registered trademark BABA H MALL in the New Administrative Capital.
Khaled Selim, the commercial director of White Eagle Developments, said that BABA H MALL is located in the prime location in the R3 area on an area of 2.727 square meters.
The mall consists of three commercial floors, including a ground floor dedicated to cafes and restaurants, a first floor for technology of all kinds, and a second floor for restaurants and recreational activities.
Selim added that the company took into account the distinctive design, as the design work was assigned to the Tmaez consultant.
Pointing out that the units were delivered unfinished, and the building also includes 2 garage floors run by a specialized company, as well as outdoor spaces for all ground floor units.
Khaled Selim confirmed the availability of all the services required in the project to suit the operating company to ensure a high level of operational efficiency of the building.
He added that the project provides various areas starting from 30 meters, and payment systems starting from 10% down payment and installments over 10 years, in addition to the opening discount starting from 15 to 20%, and the availability of more than 20 payment systems.
The building is scheduled to be delivered by Q1 2025.
