Prime Development signed a management and operation agreement with “EFS MISR”, a subsidiary of EFS Global specialized in integrated facilities management in Egypt to manage the company’s current projects in the New Administrative Capital, among the company’s strategy in contracting with the strongest operational entities to ensure quality and efficiency of the performance of its projects in the future. The contract was signed by Nathan Yaqoub Prime Developments Chairman, and Eng. Tamer Fahim “EFS MISR” CEO.
Nathan Yaqoub Prime Developments Chairman, said in press statements after signing the agreement, that this step represents the company’s keenness on establishing strategic partnerships with prominent brands in all fields, to enhance the investment value of the company’s projects and provide them with the best operators of integrated services and facilities, and this is what made them choose the company that will implement these services very carefully, pointing that EFS is one of the largest global companies that provides a comprehensive package of integrated services in facilities management and maintenance, with experience exceeds 20 years in Egypt, the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and Turkey, besides that the company is certified with ISO 9001, in addition to having 26 branches in 21 countries and managing about 300 projects for a number of major companies and governmental agencies.
Yaqoub added that this agreement was done in order to manage the company’s projects in the Capital, which will be announced soon with joint Egyptian-Kuwaiti investments, which comes within the framework of the company’s strategy which relies on contracting with the strongest consultants, operating companies and services since starting to plan for its projects, aiming to provide a distinctive product to the market capable of competition during the coming period, pointing that their vision depends on contracting with service and management companies before launching or implementing projects, in order to achieve the highest international standards in operating and service procedures in projects in a manner that ensures sustainability and quality.
Eng.Tamer Fahim, EFS Chief Operating manager, expressed his happiness for signing this important agreement with Prime Developments, pointing that EFS MISR is a subsidiary of Emirates EFS Group and one of the most important institutions that provide a unique service in facilities management and services in all real estate projects with its different types, whether administrative, commercial, residential, medical, or touristic, in order to provide a successful and suitable environment for investment, noting that EFS MISR has a long list of successful precedents that made it classified as one of the best project management companies in Egypt, due to the long years of experience in various fields.
