Lasirena Group is set to display a portfolio with biggest coastal projects at Egypt Properties & Investment Show (EPIS) taking place at Nasr City’s Conference Hall from 7 to 10 July.
Taking part in real estate properties, according to Lasirena Group’s board member Mahmoud Omar, fulfills the company’s marketing plans dictating the promotion of its own projects and communicating with clients desirous to obtain coastal units as well as the identification of their needs, a key indicator for laying down the company’s upcoming plans.
Lasirena Group is keen to roll out outstanding offers to its customers during the exhibition, he added.
“ While floating varied payment schemes extending to up to 15 years for the first time in Ain Sokhna, the company showcases a number of varied coastal properties in Ain Sokhna, North Coast and Ras Sidr.”
Included among projects on display is Lasirena North Coast, whose final phase is currently promoted by the company at 10-year payment schemes.
Lasirena North Coast with investments totaling EGP1.5bn spreads over 55 acres and encompasses a plethora of high-end fully-operational commercial and recreational services.
Recently, Lasirena Group unveiled the launch of a new project in Ain Sokhna, Cape Bay. Additionally, the company is poised to launch Ras Sidr’s La Vento during the exhibition.
