Salam Properties is approaching the final phases of completing the construction of the Real Madrid Sports Academy within The Residence New Cairo development.
The move represents a strategic step aligned with the company’s vision to create fully integrated urban communities that offer high-quality, value-driven services to enhance the investment appeal of the project while responding to the evolving needs of customers in Egypt’s real estate market.
Ahmed Kassem, CEO of Salam Properties, stated that introducing a globally recognized sports academy within a residential project represents a practical translation of the company’s strategy, which focuses on launching integrated, multi-activity communities rather than conventional housing compounds.
He added that the company adopts a philosophy centered on integrating sports, educational, and service components into its developments to improve quality of life and strengthen the project’s competitive advantages.
Kassem noted that the contract to develop the academy was signed in 2025 under the umbrella of Real Madrid Academy, which has now reached its final phases of construction.
He further pointed out that the project has been developed within a record timeframe from the date of signing the agreement, reflecting the company’s strong execution capabilities, efficiency, and commitment to project timelines.
The CEO of Salam Properties also revealed the company’s plan to officially announce the academy’s opening in the near future, paving the way for the enrollment of participants and the launch of training programs under a professional framework carrying the name of one of the world’s leading football clubs.
He further highlighted that The Residence New Cairo project represents one of the company’s key developments within its portfolio in east Cairo.
Kassem disclosed that The Residence New Cairo is a serviced residential development situated in a prime strategic location opposite the American University in the Fifth Settlement. The project includes the first DoubleTree by Hilton hotel operated by the international hospitality group, alongside a range of luxury apartments and studios, a commercial mall, administrative offices, and medical clinics.
The development has been designed by engineering consultant Mohamed Hafez to deliver a balance of luxury, functionality, and privacy.
He explained that the company is making significant progress in accelerating construction rates in line with the project’s execution and delivery schedule, while ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards.
This approach, he concluded, reinforces customer confidence in the company and strengthens its credibility in the market, particularly as clients have become more discerning and increasingly inclined to choose developers with proven track records and a strong commitment to delivery.
