Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025 will spotlight top-performing companies and pioneering projects that are driving Egypt’s real estate sector forward. As the industry enters a pivotal phase, the event will bring together key stakeholders to celebrate innovations and contributions shaping the market’s future.
Invest-Gate ACE Awards 2025 categories are designed to reflect the ongoing evolution of Egypt’s property market and the expanding real estate ecosystem. Categories include Commercial, Coastal, and Mixed-Use Projects; Branded Residences and Hospitality Developments; Under-Construction Projects in Key Segments; Sustainable Development, Heritage and Urban Regeneration Projects; Creative Brand Communication and TV Commercials; Innovative Proptech Developer and Strategic Partner Leader; Expansion Achievements and Skyscraper Excellence; and Honorary Awards for Industry Pioneers and Governmental Entities.
This year’s categories will be evaluated by a distinguished jury, bringing together an exceptional blend of local and international expertise. The panel reflects the awards’ commitment to global standards and diverse perspectives, comprising leading Egyptian specialists with institutional, governmental, and advisory experience, alongside international figures from the UAE, Austria, the United States, and Belgium.
With this breadth of expertise across real estate, technology, and sustainability, the jury ensures a balanced and multidimensional assessment of submissions. Projects and initiatives will be evaluated not only on design and execution but also on their impact, innovation, and commitment to community and environmental responsibility.
