Galaxy Developments has launched the Mars Mall project in the heart of October Gardens with investments of EGP 1.4 billion.
Eng. Saad Abdel Baqi, Chairman of Galaxy Developments, stated that the company has successfully completed 35% of the project’s construction before launching it on the market, confirming the company’s credibility and seriousness.
He added that the company’s board of directors has over 20 years of experience in real estate development, construction, trade, and contracting.

Galaxy has contracted with Healthy Care Medical Group to manage the medical clinics, and the company has contracted with Deals to be the exclusive marketer for the project.
For his part, Engineer Wael Taha, Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Galaxy Developments, confirmed that the project is located in one of the most distinguished areas on the Italian District Road, directly in front of the Italian District Compound and the Tourist Promenade, a minute from Fayoum Road and three minutes from Al Wahat Road and Mall of Egypt.
It also boasts a prime location next to Zewail City, the Global Village, and Al Nawadi Street, close to the Police Club, the State Lawsuits Authority, and Sun Capital Compound.
Taha emphasized that the company is studying market requirements and customer needs to develop sales and marketing strategies that suit each project and its target customer segment. He noted that the company offers various payment plans of up to 10 years, with delivery after three years.

A contract is underway with a well-known hypermarket, which will be announced soon, and approximately 2,000 square meters have been allocated for it on the upper ground floor. A gym and a company are also under contract to manage and operate the commercial section.
The mall offers spaces starting from 30 square meters for commercial units, with prices starting from EGP 100,000 per square meter, and spaces starting from 36 square meters for medical units, with prices starting from EGP 58,000 per square meter. The commercial units will be delivered unfinished, while the medical units will be delivered fully finished and equipped with air conditioning.
