This partnership was formalized with the signing of contracts by Arch.

The primary goal of this partnership is to offer the market an exclusive product driven by a new client-
oriented perspective.
Profilerz will bring innovative design expertise, leveraging their skills to create
cutting-edge master plans and architectural solutions.
This will enhance the user experience across
multiple facets, including approach, parking, pedestrian networks, views, orientation, ventilation, and
aesthetics, all contributing to a seamless and smooth living environment.
As a first step in this collaboration, Profilerz has been commissioned to masterplan and design two new
projects, representing a significant investment in the South Sinai Governorate.
With over 30 years of experience and more than 180 projects completed, Profilerz has developed a
reputation for giving each project a unique identity while maintaining a commitment to delivering high-
end products. Under the leadership of Arch.
