ZAYA Real Estate Development celebrated the official launch of its new residential project, HOM, located in 6th of October City, during a high-profile event attended by clients, strategic partners, and media representatives. The launch marks a new phase in the company’s expansion in West Cairo, following three years of continuous land acquisition and project development since its establishment in 2022.
The evening witnessed strong attendance and engagement, highlighted by the appearance of mega star Tamer Hosny, who performed a selection of his most popular songs, receiving notable interaction from attendees. The HOM project spans an area of 24 feddans and includes approximately 400 residential units in its first phase, with unit sizes ranging from 60 to 170 square meters. ZAYA is targeting sales of nearly EGP 1.5 billion during the project’s first phase, supported by flexible payment plans extending up to 10 years, with down payments starting from 5%, in addition to a zero down payment option. The project is designed to cater to families seeking modern, well-planned residential communities, backed by strong construction standards.

In late 2023, the company launched Roudy, spanning 15 feddans, before adding another 20 feddans in West Cairo for One Three One project”
