Egypt’s real estate company announced the launch of its latest project in Egyptian market, I Sheraton, the first smart compound in Sheraton, Heliopolis with investments amounting to EGP 600m.
CEO of Winvestor Development Hisham Ibrahim stated that the company adopted an executive vision for its projects by presenting a globally competitive real estate product in terms of design and constructions using the latest technologies and advanced methods to achieve the highest quality standards, and strike a balance between environmental and investment objective and the company’s social responsibility. Consequently, Winvestor Development has contracted with Criteria Design Group to be the architectural and engineering consultant for Ashranda Boutique Hotel within the project, as well as, the company has hired IMS Solution to provide integrated marketing and investment consultancy to achieve added value for the project by applying the highest engineering, environmental and marketing standards.
Ibrahim noted that the project is being developed on 4,650 sqm, consisting of four buildings with more than 130 housing units comprising two basements, a ground floor, and four duplicate floors, with spaces ranging from 87 sqm to 207 sqm, with flexible payment plans and installments up to 6 years. It is scheduled to deliver the first phase at the end of 2025.
He pointed out that the company aims, through the I Sheraton Compound, to present a distinguished and unique real estate product by providing all services and requirements to achieve the highest quality rates to the company’s customers using the latest construction and building technologies.
For his part, Chairman of Criteria Design Group Hesham Helal said that the goals and visions were set with Winvestor Development to develop a project with international specifications through the application of sustainability and green building standards and the implementation of Egyptian and international code standards in design and construction.
Helal explained that the architectural, environmental, social and cultural values were taken into account in the engineering design of the I Sheraton project with the latest technologies and innovative solutions, in order to achieve a different architectural level for end consumer.
Co-founder and CEO of Ashranda for Boutique Hotels & Cruises Management Mohamed Ramadan revealed that the company seeks to provide hotel services and management for the project units, in addition to renting serviced units for the benefit of the project’s clients.
Mohamed Gawad, executive director of IMS Company, specializes in providing integrated marketing and investment solutions, said that cooperation with Winvestor focuses on preparing financial studies for all phases of the project, setting pricing, payment plans and return on investment. In addition to, supervising the development of financial plans, preparing budgets and managing cash flows that guarantees all the company’s customers to achieve the highest expected profitability.
