Soliman: MV iCity is the result of a successful Public Private Partnership; reflecting the government’s trust in the private sector as key partner in urban development
Following the success of the first phase of MV iCity New Cairo, Mountain View announced the launch of its new phase “Lagoon Beach Park”, which will be available for sale starting August to offer a unique first-of-its-kind residential experience in Cairo.
“iCity is a true testament of a successful Public Private Partnership and reflects the government’s trust in the private sector as a major partner in the urban development strategy.MV iCity is the first-of-its-kind in Egypt; implementing the concept of happiness throughout its designs and services,” stated Eng. iCity project follows top-notch environmental standards and uses an innovative immobilization model that incorporates smart solutions including advanced transportation means to ensure the safety of residents and their children away from cars, for a safer and quieter society. The project also offers an intelligent energy-consumption model that supports smart infrastructure by connecting fiber-optical networks to ensure the speed and quality of communications services.
The ‘Lagoon Beach Park’ phase, which is built over 100 acres with EGP 8 bn investments, includes diverse unit spaces starting from 150 sqm and overlooking a lagoon similar to coastal areas’ views. The new phase provides a unique residential experience that is both chilling and fun with a swimmable lagoon for a year-round summer in the heart of Cairo.

Mountain View applies the concepts of happiness within the project according to the international standards. ‘Heartwork’ offers entrepreneurs and business owners distinctive features inside a business complex, where each company can enjoy its privacy and its employee’s privacy through a private entrance and parking, front porch, as well as a personalized branding for each company within the HQ500 new phase.
It is worth mentioning that the first phase of iCity New Cairo was inaugurated last month in the presence of Prime Minister H.E Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, and Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Dr. Assem Al-Gazzar, along with a number of the company’s officials. During the visit through, the Prime Minister tour in the project included the housing units, facilities and green spaces as well as the clubhouse. The first phase of MV Club was also launched on the same day.
