Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, agreed to sponsor the “Nile Property Expo” and Conference during 2023, which are to be held in a number of Arab countries and outside the borders of the Arab world to emphasize the state’s interest in exporting Egyptian real estate and supporting successful exhibitions in order to achieve that goal.
The “Nile Property Expo” series, organized by “Expo Republic for Organizing Conferences and Exhibitions”, was able to achieve remarkable success in the past years and gained government sponsorship throughout its holding periods since 2017 thanks to seriousness, commitment to regulations and laws, and keenness on the presence of serious companies.

The “Nile Property Expo” 2023 will be launched under the innovative title “Invest in the Future – Invest in Egypt.”
Dr. Basem Kalila, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Expo Republic Co. for organizing Exhibitions and Conferences, confirmed that gaining the patronage of the Council of Ministers headed by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly for the “Nile Property Expo” is a supportive step that increases the confidence of the company and exhibitors, as well as customers inside and outside Egypt, as it ascertains the state’s support for real estate export file.
Enhansing the connection between Egyptians abroad and their home country
The “Nile Property Expo” enabled Egyptian companies over the past years to have a strong presence in foreign markets, promote their products and acquire a new customer base, and at the same time it enhansed the connection between Egyptians abroad and their home country by assisting them to own real estate in Egypt, he added.
He stated that the company aims to launch the “Nile Property Expo” in new markets during 2023, as it is scheduled to be present in London and New Jersey in the USA.
New version of the “Nile Property Expo” in Riyadh
Expo Republic Co. also aims to launch a new version of the “Nile Property Expo” in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, during November 2023.
Dr. Bassem Kalila indicated that the company also aims to be present in some Arab Gulf countries during the current year.
The last edition of the “Nile Property Expo”, which was held in November 2022 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia where 4 editions of this Expo were held, achieved remarkable success, and the Egyptian companies participating in the exhibition achieved sales of more than LE 2.5 billion.
