We pledge to develop Ivory Plaza according to the latest technologies, says Wael El Manzlawy
Tamayoz Developments, one of the leading Egyptian Saudi companies in field of real estate development, announced contracting with Takween for Construction to execute contracting works for Ivory Plaza project in New Administrative Capital with construction cost worth EGP 350m.
This came within the company’s keenness to speed up construction works of the project and to adhere to schedules of construction works, finishing works and interior designs with the best quality and the latest technology in line with the strategy of Tamayouz Developments to support the state’s efforts in urban development in new cities.
Chairman of Tamayouz Developments Abdallah Moustafa said, “Assigning the entire construction and finishing works of the Ivory Plaza project to Takween for Construction came in accordance with the criteria set by the company in selecting experienced contracting companies to develop the project consistent with international standards.”
Ahmed El-Shazly, CEO of Tamayoz, said that the company has doubled its efforts to be able to commit with its contrcts to deliver the project on time with inspired quality so that it can gain trust of its customers. Moreover, support construction process in New Administrative Capital in general, especially in light of the leadership’s direction to accelerate the pace of construction works in all projects according to the highest standards of quality.”
He added that the Ivory Plaza is commercial, administrative, medical project in New Capital’s MU23 area on 6,200 sqm. Moreover, the project is located in prime location minutes away from the Sports City and in front of R3, Al Maqsad Residence the first residential project ready for delivery in the New Capital owned by the New Urban Communities Authority.
For his part, Wael El Manzlawy, Chairman and CEO of Takween for Construction said, “We are pleased to cooperate with Tamayoz to carry out contracting works of the Ivory Plaza mall, due to the distinguished track record of Tamayouz over 12 years.
