As part of its ambitious expansion plan and strong confidence in the New Administrative Capital, Squares Developments announced the launch of its third project, reinforcing its presence in one of Egypt’s and the region’s most prominent smart cities.
Eng. Talaat Gorgous, Chairman of Squares Developments, stated that the new project builds on the company’s success with its previous two developments in the New Capital — now recognized as Egypt’s top real estate investment hub amid an unprecedented wave of urban and economic growth.
He added that with the launch of this new project, the company’s portfolio in the New Administrative Capital has expanded to five projects, with total targeted sales of EGP 23bn.
He explained that the new project will feature an innovative architectural concept that blends modern design with exceptional space efficiency, aiming to deliver a real estate product that strikes the perfect balance between investment value and quality to meet current market demands.
He added that the project will be a remarkable addition for clients looking for distinctive and standout developments in the New Capital.
For his part, Eng. Hany Gorgous, Vice Chairman of Squares Developments, pointed out that the company owns the Remeny project in the MU23 area of the New Capital. It is a mixed-use residential, hotel, commercial, administrative, and medical project spanning over 7,000 sqm, located next to the Sports City and overlooking Al-Amal Axis.
The company is marketing the project through a strategic plan designed to ensure price stability and sustain a high construction progress rate, Gorgous added.
He noted that the company also owns the West View project on the Western Axis in the Downtown area of the New Capital, covering 3,700 sqm. The project features commercial, administrative, and medical units, as the company focuses on developing distinguished projects that meet clients’ aspirations while achieving diversity within its investment portfolio.
