Royal One Developments confirms its commitment to implement Capital Prime Business Park according to the specified design
Royal One Developments assured that it is working with its full capacity and exploiting their expertise with their success partners, in “Capital Prime Business Park” project in the New Administrative Capital, in order to implement the project to be in conformity with the announced and agreed upon specifications with clients.

He reffered that “Capital Prime Business Park” project is a commercial, administrative, residential, hotel, and medical project, and it includes an administrative part with a total of 61 units with areas starting from 43 meters per unit, and Raef Fahmy’s office is the project’s engineering consultant, noting that the project includes 45 units in the commercial part with areas starting from 38 meters per unit, and the project also includes a medical part with a total of 21 units with areas starting from 22 meters per unit.
He confirmed that quality and efficiency in implementation are basic standards that the company does not give up, no matter the challenges facing achieving them, as it seeks it to represent an addition to its cumulative experience and credibility in real estate market.
