“Royal One Developments” implements an integrated project in the Administrative Capital in cooperation with “Makanak”, “Prime” and “MEDE”
Royal One Developments company has confirmed its keenness to choose success partners in its pioneer project, “Capital Prime Business Park” in the New Administrative Capital, as it takes a long time to end studying all business brands that cooperates with in the project to choose only 3 distinguished entities in different sectors.
Royal One Developments Head of Commercial Sector Saher Magdy, said that launching a distinguished project in design and implementation has become an essential element for all companies operating in the Administrative Capital, but cooperation with successful entities and success partners, most of them are present in the New Administrative Capital for the first time, is what enhances the company’s ability to compete and achieve superiority.
He explained that Royal One Developments put decisive criteria and mechanisms for selecting the companies to cooperate with in the project, in order to cooperate with strong entities that have long experience in their specialties, in addition to the existence of a distinguished business precedent to these entities, thus cooperation with “Makanak” company to operate the administrative part in the project, as it is one of the largest administrative areas operators in Egypt.
He pointed that Makanak will be responsible for providing integrated hotel management services for the project, and it is one of the best operators for hotel administrative areas, and it contracts to manage the administrative part exclusively in the New Administrative Capital, explaining that Makanak holds an ISO certificate for the best hotel service in 2018-2019, as it has more than 12 branches throughout the Arab Republic of Egypt.
He added that the project includes a hotel part, which “Prime Hotel Management Group” manages through its brand “Prime Residence”, as Prime Group is specialized in renting, exploiting and managing residential and hotel units for the benefit of others.
The latest contracts were done with MEDE Group to operate the medical part of the project, as it is one of the leading companies in the management of medical projects, which provided its services to many hospitals, most notably “Ruvida Hospital”, “Queens Royal”, “57357” and “Wadi El-Nile” And “Ahl Misr”, “Dar Al-Fouad” and “Al-Maghraby”.
He pointed that this contract lets MEDE present for the first time in the new administrative capital, which confirms the continuation of the work of “Royal One Developments” with a different and ambitious vision, enabling it to attract strong entities.
