He added that the company launched “Midtower”, a commercial and administrative tower, located in a strategic location in the Downtown, next to the Monorail station and Bin Zayed axis; with a magnificent view of 250 meters on the central park and extends over an area of 4646 meters. The company contracted with Engineer Hafez for Engineering Consultants and signed a contract with EFS MISR to operate the project.

Mr. Sherif stated that the company launched a project in Hurghada, “Majra”, which consists of 6 buildings and is distinguished as one of the few projects in Hurghada that is located directly on the sea coast. The project is located in a significant location between El Gouna and Hurghada, close to Hurghada International Airport. The first phase of the project includes 3 buildings. In addition, all units are delivered fully finished with air conditioners.
