PLDG Development company announced contracting with Consulting Engineers Moharram.Bakhoum office to serve as the structural consultant for its residential project in New October City “Etlala”, as this move aligns with the company’s commitment to enhance quality by collaborating with experienced consulting offices to ensure the project’s execution according to the highest engineering standards.
The contract was signed by Eng. Mohamed Madi,PLDG Development Chairman, Eng. Khaled Hegrasi, Moharram Bakhoum representative, in the presence of officials from both companies.
Eng. Mohamed Madi, PLDG Development Chairman, said that partnering with Moharram Bakhoum’s caliber represents a significant addition to the project, noting that the company adopts a methodology based on carefully selecting success partners to guarantee a real estate product characterized by structural integrity, efficient execution, and adherence to the highest safety and quality standards.
He added that “Etlala” project is one of the company’s pivotal projects in New October City, embodying its vision of developing integrated urban communities that apply the needs of a wide range of clients, showing that “Etlala” project is located in New October City on a total area of approximately 25 acres, in a prime strategic location directly on Oasis Road, providing easy access and connectivity to main roads and surrounding vital areas.
He pointed that the project includes approximately 1,560 residential units, carefully designed to achieve the highest levels of privacy, comfort, and quality of life, within a balanced urban plan which ensures ease of movement and a smart distribution of services within the compound, as the project offers diverse residential units with areas ranging from 45 square meters to 130 square meters, varying from one to three bedrooms, to meet the needs of different segments of clients.
Etlala compound offers a comprehensive range of services and amenities, including a 2,270 square meter shopping mall, a 7,000 square meter sports club, and a 4,200 square meter school, in addition to water features, kids areas, and a mosque, as the services have been thoughtfully distributed to ensure daily comfort and easy access for all residents.
