Eng. He added that Jamila North Coast has obtained Ministerial Decree No. 283 dated March 22, 2023, along with all necessary permits, enabling the company to begin construction in accordance with approved plans and timelines. Eng. Youssef further noted that Jamila North Coast is strategically located at kilometer 273 in Ras El Hekma. The project maintains a low building footprint of only 9 percent and features a 700 meter beachfront. Spanning a total area of 130 acres, with the first phase covering 50 acres, the development offers a diverse range of residential units designed to meet various preferences and needs. All units enjoy direct sea views, alongside a comprehensive array of services, recreational facilities, and commercial amenities.
