Nakheel Developments intends to participate in the “Hazi Misr” exhibition, which is organized by “AL Nayroz” Exhibitions Company at the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi from 25 to 27 February.
Sherif El Domyati, Head of the Commercial Sector at Nakheel Developments, said that the company is participating in the exhibition with “Trio V Tower” and “Double Two Tower” projects in the New Administrative Capital, where both projects are distinguished by including real estate products aligns with customers’ choices, in addition to the high demand from customers abroad to invest in the New Administrative Capital.
He added that the company presents an exclusive offers on the two projects during the exhibition period, which offering various payment systems with 5% down payment and installments up to 12 years, in addition to discounts up to 15%, which make the exhibition an unique opportunity for customers wishing to get unrepeatable offers.
He pointed out that the company’s plan to expand the marketing of its projects outside Egypt as well as the local market is based on several axes, most notably the participation in strong foreign exhibitions that suit its target customers as well as the company’s clients. In addition to, opening a branch of the company in Dubai that will be the start for marketing the company’s projects in the Gulf market.
He explained that the company is implementing two projects in the New Administrative Capital, and has succeeded in achieving good implementation and marketing rates in both projects, one of them called “Trio V Tower”, which is located on an area of 7,000 square meters, and construction is underway on an area of 2,100 square meters, which is equivalent to 30% of the total area of the project.
He pointed out that the exhibition is witnessing the marketing of their second project called “Double Two Tower” project, which is a Hotel apartments, Administrative units, and Commercial units, located on a total area of 9,000 square meters, and the commercial part occupies on the ground and first floors on an area of 4,000 square meters per floor, representing about 45% of the total area of the project.
He assured that Nakheel Developments is cooperating with Time Hotels Company in DOUBLE TWO TOWER project, as it is responsible for managing the hotel part in it, which is the first project managed by Time Hotels in the New Administrative Capital, and is also cooperating with “Mimar Architecture & Engineering” to assume the tasks of the project consultant, which is one of the leading companies.
