Maqam Misr announced its participation in in Al-Ahram Real Estate exhibition, to showcase its 5 East Tower project, which will take place from 28 to 31 July, with the participation of a number of major real estate development companies.
Al-Saeed Shaaban, Chairman of Maqam Misr Developments said that real estate exhibitions are an opportunity to communicate directly with customers and learn about their requirements and needs in projects, added that real estate exhibitions organized by the Al-Ahram Foundation are one of the strong events that the company is interested in being present in.
Shaaban noted that it is planned to participate in exclusive offers on the 5 East Tower project located in New Administrative Capital during the exhibition period, which creates a strong opportunity for customers to seize these offers throughout the exhibition period.
“Our offers are exclusive to be launched during the exhibition period only to meet the needs of exhibition visitors,” he noted. “Moreover, the exhibition includes a number of major real estate development companies to showcase a variety of projects, especially since the exhibition is launched during summer season, which witnesses the peak of real estate market and high demand on buying properties.”

The company’s chairman elaborated that 5 East Tower project is located on 3,585 sqm and overlooks a main axis with a width of 75 meters, and overlooks an open garden with an area of 28,000 sqm. Furthermore, the project ground floor includes commercial units and a restaurant area, besides the first floor includes food court area.
The units from second to eighth floor are allocated for administrative units, and from ninth to twelfth floor comprise elite administrative units for the first time in the New Administrative Capital. Spaces of administrative units start from 36 sqm, and spaces of commercial units start from 22 sqm, he concluded.
