Magna Developments has announced the launch of a new phase in Cubes mall in New Administrative Capital with spaces starting from 25 sqm through flexible payment plans that suit customers.
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Developments Mohamed Abdel-Fattah said that the offered units are located in the food court of the project comprising diversity of spaces commensurate with choices of large brands, pointing out that the competitive advantages of the project site and its details achieve the best operation of the mall and the offered units.
Abdel-Fattah added that the mixed-use Cubes project is located on 4,800 sqm, with a ground floor and additional 10 floors, besides a 3-storey underground garage.
Cubes is a medical administrative commercial mall. KAD Project Management Company manages the commercial properties of the project in order to achieve the requirements of the brand.
He explained that the medical units within the mall is situated in a separate building with a private entrance and three elevators that meet requirements of comprehensive health insurance system. Meanwhile, administrative units constitutes a separate building with a private entrance, two elevators and comprises different spaces suitable for all administrative specialties, and all requirements were observed and implemented in order to achieve optimal operation.
He pointed out that Magna Developments has constructed with powerful entities in developing the project phases and features, namely KAD for project management, YBA – Yasser Al Beltagy Architects as an engineering consultant for the project, besides EGYPRO FME, which will manage the project’s maintenance.
The company’s CCO elaborated that the mall embraces several advantages; especially that it is the only commercial plaza with a direct view on Gold Market and Masjid Misr. Additionally, the mall is located directly in front of eastern axis, and services triangle (hospital – educational center – petrol station), as well as it is the most visible on the eastern axis with 80 sqm-facade width. Moreover, it is two minutes from the main monorail station and a minute from public transport station.
He noted that the downtown area is located in the heart of the New Administrative Capital, as it is similar to the downtown area in Cairo, added that the New Capital’s downtown will become the largest commercial area that includes various investments. It is also distinguished by its proximity to the most important tourist places, government agencies and residential neighborhood, as the Gold Market and Almasa Hotel are located in the downtown, and to the north is the government district, the Monorail train station and the Opera House.
