Egypt’s real estate developer Madaar achieved a great participation in Cityscape Egypt Exhibition 2022, which was held from 21stto 24thSeptember at the Egypt International Exhibition Centre. The distinguished pavilion of the company in the exhibition witnessed a great turnout byvisitors throughout the four days.
The company succeeded in achieving its target of participation in the exhibition. Madaar offered various packages of its projects in Ain Sokhna and Azha North, with flexible payment plans that suit needs of the market.
Chairman and CEO of Madaar Gasser Bahgat stated that the company participated in Cityscape Exhibition in its 11th editionshowcasing Azha North and Azha El Sokhnaprojects to continue a series of successes achieved by the two projects and the increasing demand. Accordingly, the company has launched new phases of the two projects in record time to meet the increasing demand on their units.
Bahgatadded that the company is continuing the development process of its integrated urban, tourist and leisure projects at highest level, as it provides its customers with distinguished housing units with modern designs to suit different tastes with a variety of services, in response to increasing demand for the unique projects of Madaar.
Bahgatnoted that the company has offered the second phase of Azha North resort in Ras Al-Hikmaat the North Coast, after the unprecedented surge in sales volume during the official opening of the unit reservations to be fully sold-out within 48 hours. The company witnessed a remarkable demand by customers during its participation in the exhibition to reserve units in the new phase, where a large number of contracts have already been signed, along with many reservations will be completed after the exhibition.
Madaar has offered a new phase of chalets in Azha El Sokhna project, after a 4-year hiatus, making the offering the last opportunity to own chalets in Azha El Sokhna, Bahgat disclosed.
Bahgatpointed out, “Cityscape exhibition witnessed the participation of a large number of real estate companies and citizens of all categories, which reflects the keenness of the private sector to continue urbanisation process and investing in real estate, which is an important for Egyptian economy.”
The CEO of Madaar elaborated that Azha North resort enjoys 12 km of water beaches, and all units have views on the White Sea shore or lagoon front lagoon as some units can have the double view.
Azha North enjoys water bodies and open and green spaces with an area of about 86% of total area of the project and that it rises above sea level at a distance of more than 35 meters above sea level in several areas of the project, according to Bahgat.
It worth mentioning that Azha North Resort is characterized by many services, including apartments and serviced villas, a 5-star hotel on the waterfront, a beach extending for about 650 meters of clean water and Gulf waves, in addition to a sports club that includes playgrounds (football – tennis – Padle tennis courts – multi-purpose courts). Additionally, the resort comprises a distinguished place for shopping, entertainment and a commercial complex on an area of 40,000 sqm.
The new resort is being built on250 acres( 1million sqm), and is located in Ras Al-Hikma Bay in one of the most beautiful areas in the North Coast, with initial investments worth approximately EGP 16bn.The resort is located at Kilo 212 Alex-Matrouh Road in the Ras El Hekma Bay area, 73 km from Marsa Matrouh, and is close to the new road network that shortens the time to reach this distinguished part of the North Coast, especially El Dabaa Road.
