Leopard Construction and Development Company announced the launch of the second phase of the “Cairo Can” project, which bears the name “Cairo Cannes El-Shorouk”, which is located in El-Shorouk City 3 in partnership with the Nakheel Association for Police Officers.
Mahmoud Zayed, CEO of Leopard Construction and Development, said that the project is an integrated residential compound with commercial and administrative services on an area of 18.7 acres, and includes 27 residential buildings with basement and ground and four repeated floors with areas ranging from 139 meters to 189 meters.
He explained that the compound includes an administrative mall, a service mall, and 2 commercial malls to provide services to the residents inside and outside the compound as well, and a clubhouse with modern and modern designs.
Zayed added that the ministerial decision and building licenses had been received, and the project had begun, with the first phase to be delivered in July 2023.
It is reported that “Leopard Construction and Development” has proposed the “Cairo Cannes Heliopolis” project, whose name was chosen through its engineering design inspired by the French city of Cannes, and is located on the main road to the new city of Heliopolis, on an area of 34 acres, and includes (1000 housing units – A commercial mall – a social and sports club), and the first phase of the project will be delivered in 2024.
The Leopard Construction and Development Company also launched the first phase of its project, “East Cairo”, a fully-serviced residential compound, in its privileged location to the right of the Administrative Capital Road, just ten minutes before El Shorouk City, and near the LRT Express train station, on an area of 78 acres, with a total of 4,500 units. Residential, and delivery is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
