Hometown Developments announced that it has obtained the ministerial approval for its residential project, Home Residence, located in Sixth Settlement, reinforcing the project’s investment value.
Diaa El-Din Farag, Chairman of Hometown Developments, stated that the approval reflects the strength of the company’s planning vision and the comprehensive studies adopted since the early stages of development.
He said that the decision represents a key pillar in enhancing market confidence and building long-term relationships with clients.
Farag added that the company is in the final phase of completing the required licensing procedures, in preparation for launching the first phase of construction and on-site development works.
The project is being developed as one of the major residential developments that redefine the concept of integrated living, in the rapidly growing Sixth Settlement area, which is witnessing well-planned urban expansion, integrated services, and a strong network of main roads.
The project is located just 3 minutes from South 90th Street, 4 minutes from the Middle Ring Road, 6 minutes from the New Capital, 25 minutes from Cairo International Airport, and 9 minutes from the Suez Road, positioning it as a natural extension of New Cairo.
