El Riyad Castle company contracted with Concorde El Salam Hotels & Resorts International, to provide hotel management services and residential activities in Valore El Thawra project, besides leasing for rent hotel units for the clients benefit.
The contract was signed by Wassim Taha, CEO of El Riyad Castle Company, and Simon Penhaligan, Resident Manager Concorde El Salam Hotels & Resorts International Group in presence of Dr. Ahmed Abd El Meguid El Riyad Castle Founder and Parliamentary member, and Tarek Eid, Board member El Riyad Castle Group, and Moteia Ismail, Chairman of Concorde El Salam Hotels & Resorts International Group.
Tarek Eid, El Riyad Castle Group Board member said that the contract includes providing Hotel services and management of residential activities for “Valore El Thawra” project, in addition to leasing Hotel units for rent to project unit owners which benefits both the company and project’s clients.
He added that this contract contributes in maximizing the return of investment for clients, as it offers a real estate product that suits the need of both local and foreign clients, which leads to the increase in number of tenants for these units and thus achieving a renewable investment return for clients from these units, pointing that the client can benefit from his unit with leasing it for rent in order to benfit from the outcome.
He added that the project is a residential, Hotel, administrative, medical, and commercial projects, located in a prime location on the main Street Al-Thawra, directly and next to Almaza City Center, on an area of 28,800. The company began implementoin for the project last month, in order to be delivered within 3 years.
Moteia Ismail, Chairman of Concorde El Salam Hotels & Resorts International Group added that group has experience in the integrated management of Hotels and residential projects, and also owns and operates Concorde El Salam Hotels & Resorts Group , Concorde El Salam Hotel in Heliopolis, Concorde El Salam Hotel Sharm El Sheikh, and Concorde Moreen Beach Hotel Marsa Alam .
He assured that the group aims to provide a distinguished Hotel management services with international 5 star standands in “Valore El Thawra” project, similar to the rest of its projects, especially that all the engineering designs and plans of the group reflect its keenness to choose the best designs that keep pace with international engineering designs in Hotel facilities, provided that services, and global management will be granted after completing its implementation and starting of operation.
