El Mansour Development launched Makany Kattameya project in Sarayat Kattameya region with investments exceeding EGP 800m.
Chairman of El Mansour Development Mohamed Mansour said that the company has redeveloped Makany Kattameya project, which spans over 20,795 sqm, added “After development work, the company succeeded in restoring the total investment value of the project.”
Mansour explained that development work focused on optimal use of available spaces, whether inside units or within public spaces in the project, so that all available spaces are utilized. Furthermore, Makany Kattameya project is distinguished by its prime geographical location in the heart of Cairo on Maadi Ring Road, which makes it a starting point for all main road axes, linking them with New Administrative Capital on one side, and Maadi, Nasr City, Heliopolis and downtown on the other side.
He pointed out that Makany Kattameya compound was professionally planned to be a full-fledged residential community characterized by many services and luxuries that make it the ideal place to provide a harmonious life.
“The project is also characterized by a smart division of spaces, a new design method that has been studied and mastered by the highest Egyptian engineering planning cadres, through which it was able to divide units with spaces less than 109 sqm into three rooms to meet needs of Egyptian family without hiking prices,” he explained. “The company is not only developing new projects, but also focusing on its previous work and maintaining a unique architectural character in its current and future projects, which requires the development of projects that have witnessed environmental changes and a long period of time since their construction to keep pace with developments in real estate industry.”
He noted that the main development element of the project focused on reliance on unconventional methods in planning, drawing, development and pricing, by introducing exceptional and unprecedented payment systems in local real estate market.
Mansour disclosed that his company has contracted with Schneider Electric, a multinational company providing energy and automation digital solutions for efficiency and sustainability, to design world-class elevators for the comfort and safety of all residents of the compound.
The project includes many recreational services, based on many methods, namely Up Lifestyle, which is a new idea to provide complete entertainment services on top of each residential building in the project, such as swimming pools, gyms and health clubs, in addition to security and maintenance services.
He disclosed that El Mansour has an integrated plan to take care of its previous projects in parallel with the development of new projects, within the framework of taking care of all its customers, preserving their investments in its projects, and preserving investment value of projects as a whole.
The CEO noted that his company has cooperated with Cairo Consult company in Kattameya, as well as the Al Kahera Company and Al Dawlia Company, whose board of directors is chaired by Hany Al-Sokhn. This cooperation resulted in a distinguished effort that contributed to rapid development of the project and the completion of infrastructure works according to the specified schedules, which contributes to providing the best means of living for the project residences.
