El Khalifa Group announced launching SITIO project in West Cairo, with targeted sales of 400 million pounds, as part of the company’s plan to launch two projects in West Cairo during 2022.
Amr Khalifa, El Khalifa Group Chairman, said that “SITIO” project is located on an area of 6 acres, and distinguished by its location on the direct link to Dahshur, and it is an integrated residential project, comprising 30 units varying between villas, twin houses and standalone villas,with units areas starting from 359 square meters.
He explained that the company offers distinct payment systems in the project commensurate with the purchasing capabilities of the targeted clients, with a down payment starting from 10%, and payment periods up to 10 years, besides the company markets the project gradually at the same time of implementation, in order to maintain the cash flow from marketing revenues, to be directed to implementation in order to avoid having a gap between sales price and the implementation costs.
He added that the project includes a commercial mall located at the entrance of the project, which provides integrated services to the project’s clients and clients from outside it, as it is located on an area of 3,000 square meters, with the height of ground, first floor and an open roof, in addition to dedicated parking spaces for cars.
He pointed that the project is characterized by flexible areas and the genius of the internal division of each unit to ensure the optimum utilization of space in each unit, where the unit can include 6 bedrooms and a private garden, as the company plans to implement an integrated project that include all what client may need whether inside the unit or in the entire project.
He added that the project includes unique services, including swimming pools for adults and children, places for running and cycling, a tennis court and a walkway that is completely planted along the project area, to provide a comfortable environment for the client inside the project, with cooperation with Art Deco company is one of the decoration companies owned by EL Khalifa Group, to be responsible for finishing the units.
He pointed that the company enables the client the possibility of finishing the unit with installments of the finishing cost during the years of paying the unit price, which achieves the quick housing for the client in his unit and raising the project’s occupancy rate as well.
