According to the agreement, Mission 235 will be responsible for the general consultation, management, operation, and leasing of the commercial and administrative projects of EL Batal Developments, which are characterized by their diverse locations, including the new administrative capital, New Cairo, and the 6th of October city, and include projects such as Rock Gold, Rock Vera Plaza, Rock Villa Plaza, Rock Eden Plaza, and Rock Capital 1.
The CEO and board member of EL Batal Developments, Engineer Emad Doss, stated that the company always strives to cooperate with major specialized companies in order to continue to provide a strategy and added value to the real estate sector.
He added that the cooperation with “Mission235” aims to reach the target customer base and showcase their vision and expertise in delivering exceptional value to the sector, along with the involvement of major brands and large companies in the company’s projects, which will result in the entry of large investments into the Egyptian market, as well as creating sustainable added value for the projects and sites located in the new urban communities.
The Managing Director of “Mission235”, Mr. Louay Youssef, emphasized that the company adopts the latest marketing and promotion techniques for distinctive real estate products that contribute to attracting the targeted segment of investors, as well as achieving the highest returns. He indicated that the company has prepared promotional plans for its projects.
