Cred, a thriving real estate company has announced its latest deal with Dex Squared; a Dubai based company specializing in hospitality consultations. Dex Squared will be fully operating Ever’s Clubhouse in the West of Cairo, located directly next to Mall of Arabia on the 26th of July corridor. This is the second cooperation between the two companies, as Cred had signed a protocol with Dex Squared last year involving the commercial section of the project.
In terms of this agreement, Dex Squared will be responsible for operating the Clubhouse and supplying all necessary services that comply with the latest globally recognized technical standards. The Clubhouse encompasses numerous facilities and services such as five international restaurants offering various cuisines, an energizing world-class gym surrounded by multiple swimming pools to unwind in, and an invigorating spa. Cred had started construction during 2023 and is anticipated to open its doors to the public in the second quarter of 2025. Cred’s range of integrated amenities will surely cater to all of the district’s visitors.
