City Edge Development, one of the major real estate developers in Egypt, held a massive concert that
included the superstars Ahmed Saad and Ramy Sabry on Friday, October 21 in Zahya. It was held in one
of the Urban Communities Authority projects that is managed and marketed by City Edge in New
Mansoura; this was part of the activities that were planned for the month of October. Zahya is known
for its prime location in the Delta governorates, especially Mansoura and Damietta.
This is the second concert in Zahya that has attracted a large number of businessmen, community stars,
residents of the Delta region and homeowners in the project. They expressed their delight with the
concert where the singers performed some of their most popular songs. It is worthy to note that a radio
competition was executed by Mega FM, the exclusive radio partner for the concert, where the winners
received invitations to attend the concert.

The ceremony included fireworks display choreographed by the artist Ahmed Essam, as well as several
other artistic activities. During the ceremony, the attendees enjoyed the distinctive view of the calming
Mediterranean waters, in addition to enjoying a broad range of services on Zahya Beach, giving the
visitors a unique experience on the beach of new Mansoura city.
It is worth noting that New Mansoura City is considered to be one of the fourth-generation cities that
was established by the state with the aim of incorporating top-notch services and amenities, all of which
have made City Edge seek it out.
