CENTERPOINT DEVELOPMENT announced launching its new project in the New Administrative Capital “Harmony Business Complex”, which is an administrative and Commercial project located at the Downtown of new capital , with land area of 2704 square meters. This came during a press conference today in the presence of the company’s leaders.

He noted that a contract was signed with Arcrete Engineering Consultants to be an engineering consultant for the project, with cooperation with MRB as the project manager, in addition to contracting with ProMEP, a leading electromechanical company, all of which enable the project to give an outcome with the best quality, design and management of operation in order to preserve the company’s reputation and client’s investments in the project.
He assured that the company is implementing the project raising the slogan “Luxury in your hands” to inform the client that he can get a luxury unit at the same time commensurate with his purchasing capabilities, and the project also introduces a new element, which is working in Co-Working Spaces, which will be managed by MRB for management and operation.
Eng. Abdallah , Centerpoint Board member, explained that the Harmony Business Complex project is located on an area of 2704 square meters, in the heart of the Downtown, and is an administrative commercial project with a ground and 10 floors high.
