Constructions Yasser Khalaf said that launching “Lake West 2” project is the first step in the company’s expansion plan in West Cairo, as the region witnessed lack of supply and increase in demand, as well as the presence of comprehensive development in it that will let it be Egypt’s Tourism Capital.
He added that the company’s current strategy is based on providing distinguished real estate products in terms of location, design and internal details of the project and unit, achieving maximum benefit for the customer from the unit, offering competitive prices commensurate with the customer’s purchasing power, and searching for new sites to achieve the company’s expansion plan in promising investment areas that achieve diversity for both the company and the client to get the maximum investment benefit from the unit.

Company is a family investment that has been administratively restructured to achieve the company’s strategic goals to achieve its investment ambitions, especially with the continuation of the successful partnership with the “Al Dawas” for construction and contracting, in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, pointing out that there is coordination and cooperation between the two teams in both companies, in order to achieve the objectives of this strong partnership and to provide projects within international quality.
He stated that the company is continuing to implement its expansion plan in addition to implementing its current project “Lake West 1,” of which more than 60% have been implemented, and it is planned to complete its full implementation during the first quarter of 2022, as the implementation of the second phase of the project will start at the beginning of the new year, as the company focuses on the implementation and delivery schedule to fulfill its contracts with customers.
He explained that the project covers 43 acres on Dahshur link road and enjoys many surrounding services, and the company is developing the project with investments of 1.2 billion pounds which is self-financed, and it is planned to be delivered within 3 years.
