Cairo, – 11 October 2021- Taj Design has successfully signed contracts to design and implement several projects with Al-Hadi Group, the leading Real Estate Development Company during the next three years at an investment of 2 billion Egyptian pounds, where the company will design a mall on an area of one acre in the Central business district(CBD) in the New Administrative Capital, followed by another mall with the same specifications in the central business district of the New Administrative Capital as well, and a mini-compound in New Cairo to be designed during the coming period.
For his part, Eng. The investment of the Central Business District Mall in the New Administrative Capital is estimated at 350 to 400 million Egyptian pounds, as it extends over an area of one acre and consists of 3 basement garage floors, two commercial floors, four medical floors, and ten repeated administrative floors. The implementation of the project begins in the middle of next year and will be delivered within three Years, which will be followed by another mall with the same specifications in the same area on a neighboring plot of 1 acre. As for the mini-compound project, it is located in New Cairo with an investment cost of about 300 million Egyptian pounds.
