Beta Egypt for Urban Development announced the completion of the 1st phase of its project Beta Greens New Cairo Compound which located in Mostakbal City, New Cairo.
The real estate company said that it will hand over the 1st and 2nd phases of “Beta Greens New Cairo” In six months.
This came as the company continues its practice of adhering to schedules set beforehand for delivering projects, and fulfils all its obligations vis-à-vis customers.
The company’s Chairperson Alaa Fekry said that the company is currently working on completing the 1st and 2nd phases, and has been contracted with companies for water and electricity connection.
He added that the company had also contracted with WE Telecom Egypt, and will sign a contract for natural gas connection to the compound’s units in the coming days, referring that the company is racing time to finish installing services by the scheduled delivery time.
Fekry noted that Beta Egypt had completed 75% of the constructions of the project’s 2nd phase, and it is expected to completely finish it in 2023.
He pointed out to the effort exerted by Mostakbal Urban Development Egypt, the owner and general developer of “Mostakbal City” to support and facilitate services to Beta Egypt and all other companies working in the city in order to deliver projects in the scheduled time.
He added that the company is always keen on constructing its projects in a record timing, hurrying up development rates and achieving Egypt’s vision 2030.
Beta Greens New Cairo Compound spans over 25 thousand feddans, with total investment capital of EGP one bn. It comprised 730 residential units ranged from apartments, family villas with independent, townhouse and twin house designs. The residential unit areas range from 90 to 250 meter square.
Fekry asserted that “Beta Egypt” is focusing on three major criteria, which are presenting high quality services and maintaining the customers’ interests and trust, alongside with delivering units before the scheduled timing.
Beta Egypt had implemented a number of urban development projects in the Greater Cairo area and new cities like Obour City and October Gardens District, where Beta Gardens, Beta Greens and Golf Residence Beta compounds were built.
