He added that the company’s shareholders structure include Mr. Amgad Helmy, Mr. Alaa El Shenawy, and Mr. Osama Nabil, all of whom have experience varies between 10 and 12 years in the real estate marketing sector, and they all managed to achieve promising successes in marketing real estate projects in collaboration with major real estate development and marketing companies.
He pointed that the company aims to consolidate its position as one of the most prominent entities specialized in real estate marketing by providing professional services based on transparency and credibility, and building long-term relationships with developers and clients, noting that this will be achieved through the company’s full understanding of its role as a real estate advisor to clients, helping them to choose the right developer, the right project, and payment plans that suit their purchasing power.
He showed that the company plans to collaborate with a select group of major real estate development companies inside and outside Egypt to provide integrated marketing solutions that ensure effective client outreach and achieve outstanding sales results, as the company currently has a branch in the Fifth Settlement and another one in the North Coast, and plans to open a new branch in Dubai in the coming period.
He noted that the company aims to build a diverse portfolio that suits the largest possible number of targeted clients, as it plans to include its projects portfolio the largest number of projects in the Administrative Capital, Fifth Settlement, and 6th October City, in addition to other areas which witness increasing demand for housing and investment.
