ARDIC Real Estate Development announced the signing of a contract with YBA – Eng. Yasser El Beltagy Architects, one of the leading engineering consultancy firms in the Egyptian market, to undertake the architectural and engineering design works for its newest project. This agreement comes as part of ARDIC’s strategic expansion and its commitment to delivering real estate developments aligned with the latest planning and design standards.
The company stated that the selection of YBA was based on its extensive expertise and distinguished portfolio in designing residential, commercial, and administrative projects, supporting the project’s vision and ensuring the delivery of an integrated real estate product that meets market needs and keeps pace with urban development.
ARDIC announced that the new project aims to achieve a well-balanced combination of architectural innovation and functional efficiency, with optimal space utilization and the implementation of sustainability and quality-of-life standards, enhancing the project’s long-term investment value.
The company also confirmed the upcoming launch of a new mixed-use residential and commercial development in East Cairo, developed in cooperation with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA). The project spans 25 acres with total investments estimated at EGP 4 billion, reflecting ARDIC’s ambitious expansion strategy to deliver fully integrated developments that combine residential luxury with commercial excellence, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and innovation to meet the evolving needs of the Egyptian market and strengthen customer confidence.
