This partnership will provide technical, administrative, marketing, and commercial consulting for the ‘Happiness Plaza’ project, paving the way for its upcoming operational launch.
The contract was signed by Mr. Ahmed Yahya Al-Noubi, Manager of Al-Habeeb Group; Mr. Saleh Abdul Rahim Manoufi, Manager of Al-Habeeb for Development and Investment; and Eng. Ahmed Mansour Abdul-Lah, Manager of Al-Habeeb Engineering and Contracting Company, alongside Mr. Tamer Shakir, Chairman of Joud Investments, and Ms. Iysal Khalifa, Executive Director and Board Member of JKFacilities.
Al-Habeeb Group clarified that the project spans 20,000 square meters at the main entrance of New Qena, making it the first of its kind in the region as a comprehensive administrative, commercial, hotel, and entertainment complex. The project is currently 80% complete, with an official opening anticipated by December 2026, positioning it as a central attraction in Upper Egypt.
Happiness Plaza features modern architectural design and multi-purpose spaces, integrating medical, entertainment, and commercial services, thus becoming a primary destination for residents and visitors of Qena.
Al-Habeeb Group emphasized that the partnership with JKFacilities represents a promising strategic alliance in managing and operating commercial complexes in Upper Egypt.
