After only four months of the launch of “Azad Views”, Tameer’s new and distinguished residential project, Tameer announces the start of construction of the project’s first phase in the heart of New Cairo with a plan to deliver units to customers ahead of scheduled dates.

Development and Engineering Consultants Co (TAMEER), a leading real estate development company, has announced the start of construction for the first phase of its distinguished residential project “Azad Views,” after only four months from the project units’ launch. This reflects the company’s seriousness and keenness to complete the entire construction operations before the contractual delivery date of the residential units in the project, expressing the concepts of luxury and privacy to ensure complete comfort in a vibrant residential community and provide all the means of modern life.
Azad Views crowns a prime location at the fifth settlement in the heart of New Cairo, covering an area of 40 acres, about 168,000 square meters. The project is expected to be completed by 2025.
The distinguished “Azad Views” project reflects the long experience and outstanding capabilities of Tameer.
Tameer is the oldest developer of residential communities in Egypt, which is based on more than 68 years of experience in the Egyptian real estate market, during which it was able to implement and deliver about 27,000 housing units. In addition to that, the company has delivered several significant projects in the recent period that presented a unique vision for building communities.
This unique vision focuses on providing the basics of daily life with the comfort factors of exceptional design, privacy, and vitality, while making sure to create strong ties with all customers of different generations and stay in constant contact with the latest developments in the Egyptian real estate market.
Alaa Anwar, Chief Development Officer (CDO) in Tameer said that Azad Views is the second phase of the Azad 1 project, which was launched in 2018. He mentioned that the Azad 1 project achieved great success and gained the trust of all those looking for unconventional housing concepts, as it was completely sold out in a short time.
He revealed that the construction process in the first phase of the “Azad Views” project would include core and shell basis with a total construction cost of EGP 300 m.
Anwar noted that the construction operations are carried out in cooperation with several successful partners who have experience and competence in this field, including PMP as the Project Management company, Yasser Al Beltagy Architects (Y.B.A.), as the designer and supervision consultant who designed the project and will supervise its implementation, and Construction Management Systems S.A.E. (C.M.S.) as a contractor, which has excellent experience and honorable history in Egypt.
The CDO explained that the “Azad Views” project was designed in an innovative way that revolves around maximizing views for the residents of all units, whether it’s the view of beautiful landscapes, water features, or unique architecture designs.
In addition, Azad Views offers a state of complete safety for walking lovers; it has a car-free destination where a person can walk through the promenade developed connecting AZAD 1 and AZAD VIEWS. Azad Views is also within close proximity to The Business Lounge (being within Urban Walk) where residents can enjoy the services within the office facility. The Business Lounge is set to be complete by the end of this year.
Anwar revealed that all roads have also been designed to meet all the needs of people with special needs., adding that this comes in light of the construction philosophy for all of the company’s projects, which is keen to provide all means of comfort to unit occupants, in addition to working on the urban community’s development, which contributes to creating a real added value on the ground, reflecting positively on the country’s development.
For his part, the Head of the Commercial Sector at Development & Engineering Consultants, Mohammad Younis said that Azad Views is distinguished by its strategic location in the heart of the Fifth Settlement in New Cairo in front of the American University, only a short walk away from the southern 90th Street, 15 minutes away from Cairo International Airport, and 20 minutes away from the New Administrative Capital.
He added that the Azad Views project includes 830 various housing units, including apartments and penthouses, designed with a G + 4 system, and private underground garages for cars.
“Tameer has also been keen to provide various payment systems and facilities where it is possible to obtain a premium housing unit at very reasonable prices and an 8-year payment plan to suit all the capabilities, allowing them to own a distinguished housing unit in an integrated residential project that provides all the various services,” he concluded.
