HIG Developments is kicking off the next phase of its journey with an ambitious plan to launch 7 new projects across 2025 and 2026. Backed by strong expertise, solid financial strength, and a clear strategy, the company is moving fast to expand its footprint in Egypt’s real estate market.
Chairman Alaa El Hossary highlighted that HIG has been active in the Egyptian market for over 10 years, successfully building a track record of more than 50 residential, commercial, and administrative projects, with a targeted business volume exceeding EGP 10 billion. He emphasized that this accumulated experience drives the company’s vision for rapid and sustainable growth.
CEO& Vice Chairman Eng.Ahmed Ashour, added that HIG is launching integrated destinations designed to combine luxury with simplicity, ensuring both a modern lifestyle and strong investment returns for clients.
Looking ahead, the company plans to deliver two projects by the end of 2025, followed by five more major launches in 2026, reflecting its commitment to growth and value creation.
Vice Chairman& Contracting Director Eng.Islam Senoussi noted that HIG has a strong reputation for on-time delivery and high-quality standards, with proven success in government projects through the New Urban Communities Authority. The company has already delivered 79 buildings worth over EGP 950 million, including fully finished housing and landscaping works in October Gardens.
Marketing Director Amr Hassan explained that HIG’s new marketing strategy builds on its past successes and partnerships, ensuring maximum visibility for upcoming projects.
Finally, Head of Sales Shady Kamel pointed out that one of HIG’s landmark developments is Strip Mall in October Gardens, which quickly became a top destination for dining and retail. He confirmed that the company’s upcoming projects will continue to meet the strong demand from clients who trust in HIG’s pioneering vision.
